Frustrated with Family's Lack of Understanding

I feel bad for getting frustrated with my family over things they don’t understand because I know it’s out of love and their way of showing they’re “trying” but I need help that helps. I’ve almost had this condition for three years, I’m exhausted repeating very basic concepts I really wish they’d simply research more before trying to offer any input, opinions, advice, or judgements. That experience is maddening & taking some time to understand on their own would make me feel much more seen and supported.. let alone trusting of what they’re saying to me.
