Dealing with Thought Broadcasting and Anxiety

Has anybody heard of thought broadcasting? It's a delusion commonly associated with schizophrenia where you believe that other people can hear your thoughts. This is actually something I dealt with before. I knew it was irrational and that people couldn't hear my thoughts, but I was still fearful for some reason. However, once I started taking Abilify, which is used for schizophrenia (among other things), those thoughts went away completely. I don't believe I have schizophrenia, I think it was more anxiety mixed with an overactive imagination. I just thought it was interesting how after starting Abilify it just completely solved it. Has anybody else ever dealt with this?

People treat me like I'm saying things that I'm not aware of as if someone else is talking to them. sometimes I also feel like I know what people are thinking. I've not ever been diagnosed with schizophrenia but sometimes I wonder. And since on effexor I don't really hear the thoughts anymore so Idk.
