Frustrated with Recurring Seizure-like Symptoms

So I was diagnosed with conversion disorder 8ish years ago. I have started having a reoccurrence of my seizure like symptoms (PNES). I’m honestly really frustrated. I have tried many medications and therapies including ketamine infusions (last had them in the beginning of January and started having these issues again a few weeks ago). I am in weekly therapy, I’m doing everything I’m ‘supposed to’ and yet, here I am. I don’t know what to do anymore. This is affecting my life functions and not allowing me to be me. I can’t work due to liability and I’m so frustrated.

I am 100% with you there. I do things that should help, and yet still have symptoms. I personally have had stroke like symptoms, heart attack like symptoms, and vertigo symptoms. So far still don't know much about cause or treatment for this. But it is frustrating, especially when the symptoms are "life threatening" but not actually happening.
