Frustrated with Insurance and Physical Therapy

I'm a bit frustrated today. I have to have physical therapy, and of course, the insurance hasn't approved my next appointment with physical therapy. I'm still in so much pain from my patellofemoral pain syndrome. I had to move my next appointment, and it's frustrating that I had to. I just want my insurance to authorize all of the physical therapy I was prescribed.

Wait, there is actually therapy for this? I was told I have it, told exactly what it was, and that's why my knees always hurt. Then, kinda sent on my way.

same thing happened to me when I was a teenager and here I am now in my 40's still in pain. I didn't know there was anything I could do about this. I just thought eventually I would need knee replacements

I’m not sure if what you have is what I have but it’s a pain on my knee my patella is thinning and I have a tear and what I found to help me a lot was this natural pills because I’m all about natural stuff and they’re called hyaluronicAcid Rooster 🐔 Comb. Amazon or Walmart I got them from there I try two small bottles daily until I finish both of them and I noticed a huge difference let me know if this helps you.

I appreciate the advice, but that wouldn't help my active issue. Patellofemoral pain syndrome is a condition where the kneecap stop gliding properly. There's no tear to my knowledge. But I do thank you for the advice in case I end up having a tear in the future.
