Frustrated with Failed Diets and Exercise

I have become annoyed that I've tried so many different diets, and nothing is working.. not even exercise I don't know what else to do...

Have you tried adding a green juice to your daily routine. I always find by just adding a green juice which I make with silverbeet, celery, Lebanese cucumbers(as u can leave the skin on these) and green apples. It makes a huge difference to balancing out my body and allowing me to feel more energised and a probiotics several times a day

If you're taking in fewer calories than you're burning, you should be losing weight. If you're doing that and not losing, it's probably your hormones. I'd get some more specific testing done at your doctor's because it's likely there's some other reason your body isn't working correctly ya know?

I’m sorry, that’s really frustrating! I was still struggling after going gluten free and wanted to give up, but then my doctor had me get my food sensitivities checked. Turns out it wasn’t just the gluten, but rice, dairy, garlic, and oats as well. After getting all of those cleared from my system for 8 weeks things finally started to turn around.
