Looking for Friends with Similar Disorders

Hi, I saw this app on Instagram and just realized I have no friends (in general) and certainly none with my disorders that I can identify with. Even my boyfriend, he's Neuro typical for the most part so he doesn't really understand how I feel most of the time in that regard. I would really like to make some friends.

I like meeting new friends, because talking to people who share. The same things I do, makes life easier to handle

I understand how hard just trying to go outside, and enjoying life can be with anxiety my fiance and parents try to help. sometimes it's so bad I fear going out to the store, I have my fiance with me to keep. my mind busy sometimes it works, other times it's so bad that I can't even sit with my back to a door.

For anyone worried it's okay! He is supportive and as understanding as he can be without actually having experienced the illnesses. He knows it's hard for me and tries to do what he can

I really hope he understands what you’re dealing with and is there for you when you need it. It’s hard dating someone who’s “normal”— I used to date a guy who looked at me crazy when I told him I have to take medications everyday just to function. Safe to say that relationship didn’t last very long. I’m here if you need anything! 🤗
