Frequent Nausea: Is it Normal?

Does anyone else get nauseous multiple times a week for no reason? I will have eaten good all day and done everything right then be sitting at a restaurant waiting for my food then get so nauseous I’m not sure I can eat or I’ll walk into the house and it will smell like hamburger and that will randomly make me gag until I can’t smell it anymore. It’s worse around my period and when I’m stressed but it also happens with completely inconsistent variables. Please tell me I’m not the only one?

Mine has been way worse after developing long Covid but my anxiety is also currently worse than it has ever been and I definitely am nauseous most of the time and find it difficult to eat or smell food. I love food though so it is very frustrating. I have tried marijuana and it actually helped but I don’t really like to smoke that often so I hope I can find ways to just manage the stress.

I haven’t noticed mine being exclusively around with anxiety but I’m not on meds for it yet so there’s a good chance it’s just back ground anxiety that’s just there lol.

You're definitely not the only one! It could be a few different things but for me it happens when I get anxious like WeepingDaisy said!
