Just checking incase you didn’t think of it, have you taken a pregnancy test? You never know! It’s best to look out for when you have a sudden change and don’t know what could be causing it

Do you believe it's physical hunger, or do you think it could be emotional hunger? Emotional hunger can feel like physical hunger especially if you don't realize that's what it is.

Is it possible that your vitamin D is out of wack and that your body has a higher appetite? Is it always genuine hunger or could it be an increase in appetite even when there’s not the hunger feeling?

Do you have a period? That could explain mood swings and hunger. My sister had a hysterectomy a couple of years ago (you might be too young for that) and she's going through menopause now so she's always hungry. I also experience increased hunger sometimes as a sign of PMS.

Actually, this is very relatable this has been happening to me recently too. The only explanation some people give me is it is my ADHD getting worse but I do not understand why it would happen now of all times. Do you have ADHD?
