For a little while now I’ve been experiencing frequent headaches and neck pain. More recently, they’ve been pretty much every day. Sometimes they seem to be migraines and other times they are able to be ignored. I’m not sure what’s been causing them or what I should do. I thought it was dehydration at first, since I have adhd and tend to forget to drink water. But, I have been adding hydration boosters to my water to encourage me to drink my water and drink more of it, and my headaches haven’t gone away (though the water did help.) Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Headaches aren't the same for everyone but I find that when mine include neck pain they're usually caused by stress. It's best to have a chat with your doctor though, especially if they're interfering with your daily life! They sound really unpleasant. Another possibility is if you take painkillers regularly - Medication Overuse Headache is pretty common, especially with paracetamol. But again, a doctor would be the best person to talk to, even just to get some management advice. Wishing you all the best!
