Looking for Free Online Therapy Services

It might not be necessarily what you are looking for, but there are quite a few behavioral health workbooks online! Depending on what type of therapy you are in, it may be a good supplement to the work you are doing with your therapist. You could also ask for "homework" from your therapist, if that is something they are willing to do. For instance, it could be filling out the classic CBT "Problems -> Thoughts -> Feelings -> Behaviors" chart each day to self-reflect and provide you with concrete instances to discuss in your next session. It's not necessarily therapy but the Intellect app has a lot of really good courses to help w coping skills and mental wellness, if you have the focus for it. They have audio AND transcripts so if you're like me and audio is overstimulating, you can skip it altogether
