Fractured Metatarsals and Medical Confusion

I’m 67 and fractured my right metatarsals six months ago. I am diabetic I suffer from hypertension I’m an incomplete paraplegic and my metatarsal have not healed because I have osteopenia and my metatarsal star generalized they say. I wore a boot for five months and didn’t still did not heal bones I’m wearing a ankle brace is irritating other parts of my foot. I fell at a hospital slept with water. I hired some attorneys, and it seems that we are not getting anywhere doctors attorneys I just confused with themselves I myself think I’m a complicated client and patient. One doctor doesn’t know what’s going on in asking me how is your ankle, hello are you serious doctor my ankle is fine, it’s my metatarsals that are fractured oops the nurse comes in and says we’re going to order a bone stimulator. We are going to order foot therapy. I call my attorneys and say hey I need a bone stimulator and she says who? I said the orthopedic doctor. She calls the doctor and they say we never mention anything about a bone stimulator. My main concern is if I walk without the ankle brace with my foot shatter? Will it heal? If I walk without a boot and the ankle brace while my metatarsal shatter? What do you think? I’m afraid I might lose my foot because there is numbness and I can’t separate my toes.
