Formal Autism Diagnosis: My Experience and Advice

I got my formal autism diagnosis! after a year on the waiting list and a lot of time not being able to understand myself it’s a massive relief. just wanted to put it out there that is is possible as a AFAB 18 year old. there are lots of barriers and challenges but you can do it if it is something you think will help you! feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the assessment process or anything 💕
