I have been writing lists since I was little.. about everything because I feel that I’ll forget everything and it causes anxiety. I’m ADHD and OCD. I will forget that I ate that day. Just too much in my head.

All the time. I always jump around from different tasks and forget which one I was doing before. Or why I was in a room, why I opened a certain app. Heck I forget the words I speak in literal milliseconds it seems sometimes!

Yes and it's the bane of my existence. It's like my brain is getting pulled in a hundred different directions and what I'm currently doing just... exits stage left lol. I'll just be standing there with a pot in my hand or walking into a room with purpose and my brain makes the window shut down noise😅 I just laugh it off now that I understand why it happens, but I don't believe it will ever NOT bother me, at least a little.

Absolutely...I will go into a room to "get my car keys" while they are in my hand. Its really frustrating...my family will just laugh it off with me but it does bother me
