Forgetting Symptoms Before Doctor's Visit

does anyone else make a list of things in their mind (or a physical list) of things going on with them but by the time you're actually seeing your doctor you can remember any of them? I'm constantly forgetting to talk about my constant knee pain, heart palpitations and insomnia, they may not all be related but I feel like they're important

Yeah! This happens with my meds too, when the doc asks to know what my prescriptions are, I'm like uhhhh I can remember four of the names right now x_x

yeah. i just have so many things wrong with me it's hard to keep track. it doesn't help that sometimes my mother gets annoyed at me for talking about it too much, but like, these things literally affect me for every single second that i am alive so i think i deserve some slack

I totally get that! Trust used to be an issue when I still lived at home but now it's like I forgot why I'm there and/or only focus on one reason

most of the time it's like I can't figure out how to work it into the conversation or it's some kinda rejection sensitive dysphoria and I worry the Dr won't take me seriously
