Forearm Crutches vs Cane: Which is Better?

Has anyone used forearm crutches?? Are they easier/more compact compared to a cane? Pls comment your experience with mobility aids <3

I’ve used LoftStrand Crutches, but if your issue isn’t ortho I doubt they’ll help. I depend on a cane due to multiple, severe injuries. Without it I’m quite unsteady

I’ve also been looking into that as well because when my arms suck the cane is a little hard to brace on

I’ve never used forearm crutches or a cane. My mobility aid of choice is my wheelchair. But that is because when I get really symptomatic standing is not an option at all.
