been just over a week, I haven't done more exercise than normal, I mostly swim. My doctor recommended arch support slippers so I have ordered some. Finger crossed. I have had this before but never for this long. 💕
How long ago did "recently" start? Any big exercise you did days ago that coulda caused it? Sometimes a foot will randomly start hating me, too, and I just thug it out 😅. If it lasts for a week or more, that's when I'd listen to my body and ask for help

It's possible that the pain in the arch of your right foot could be due to plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, or other issues related to having flat feet. Insoles can help alleviate some discomfort, but it's important to consult a medical professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
