Hi everyone šš¼ Iād appreciate your advice please, I went to the beach yesterday which was lovely but I started getting agonising shooting pain when walking on my arch and heel of my foot. Iāve looked into this and believe it is plantar fasciitis and it hasnāt improved yet, my foot is swollen and sometimes tingly. I donāt know whether to wait and rest or see a doctor sooner rather than later, how long does it typically last? Thanks in advance āŗļøš
It's recommended to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Plantar fasciitis can vary in duration, and some people experience relief with physical therapy, stretches, icing, and proper footwear. However, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
