Hi everyone šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ Iā€™d appreciate your advice please, I went to the beach yesterday which was lovely but I started getting agonising shooting pain when walking on my arch and heel of my foot. Iā€™ve looked into this and believe it is plantar fasciitis and it hasnā€™t improved yet, my foot is swollen and sometimes tingly. I donā€™t know whether to wait and rest or see a doctor sooner rather than later, how long does it typically last? Thanks in advance ā˜ŗļøšŸ’•

It's recommended to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Plantar fasciitis can vary in duration, and some people experience relief with physical therapy, stretches, icing, and proper footwear. However, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
