Food to Help with Levothyroxine Dosage?

I take 250mg of levothyroxine . which almost means it's maxed out. is there something as far as food I can eat to help

You must take Levothyroxine on an empty stomach. I take it first thing in the AM and wait at least an hour before eating. If you take it at bedtime, be sure not to eat for at least a couple hours prior to taking it. As far as any foods that help with hypothyroidism, I do not know.
