so I've been a lil depressed lately due to the fact I find out at 27 years old that I have foetal alcohol syndrome didn't even find out from my mother my best friend did some research for me and everything literally made sense and I'm so mad cause my mom did tell a few years ago she did drink and smoke while pregnant with me but didn't seem to have any shame in it....
