Anyone had great success with Fodmap diet then over time it is less helpful? Did you find something else that helped?

      I have done LOWFOD map, it helped me identify some of my triggers. I noticed I’m fine with dairy, but grease makes things worse.. So i can have a bowl of Mac n Cheese but not pizza, cause of the grease. Sugar is another one to. I can have most fruits but candy, cookies etc… Make my IBS-D worse.
