Fluoxetine not working?

Hi. I have been taking fluoxotine for quite a while but I honestly don't see any significant changes. I don't know what I should even be looking for. What types of things does fluoxotine usually help you with? Maybe I just am not noticing the changes...

Well, it does stop me from having depressive episodes. It also has a side effect of making it harder to feel strong emotions, so it kind of numbs me enough to that I am emotionally out but still can focus on daily activities and my university tasks

It has helped me get out of bed in the morning. As far as depressive symptoms, it helps with the little things at first (can be hard to notice like you said). I also don’t feel like as badly or as down about myself which is a part of my personal depression symptoms.

But if you’re barely noticing any positive changes at all it might be worth taking a higher dose, I know I need to take a higher dose myself!
