Fluctuating Pain on Both Sides: Need Advice

Does anyone have pain that fluctuates sides? I sometimes have pain under right breast upper stomach but I always have pain on left side of waist which I’m not sure is my back or internally. I do have back issues so it could just be that on the left side but I wonder about my esophagus as I have a paraesophageal hernia and GERD.

Does anyone one have esoninphic esophageal, allergies to food causes the GERD after eating something your allergic to ? Hi I’m Cindy new to the group 👋

The under breast pain I reckon would be related to either the GERD or the hernia, the side could either be your back or some kind of muscle spasm or something. I often get “charley horse’s” or muscle cramps in that same kind of area, so it could be a similar kind of thing.
