Does anyone else have flashbacks to dreams? I rarely have flashbacks to my real life traumas but I'll have PTSD-like flashbacks to dreams, a lot of the time dreams that aren't even scary or anxiety inducing. I've often also had trouble telling dreams from reality and would regularly mix up events because of dreams I had that were similar to real life events. I'm just curious if anyone else has this strange relationship with their dreams.
