Flashbacks to Dreams: Anyone Else?
Does anyone else have flashbacks to dreams? I rarely have flashbacks to my real life traumas but I'll have PTSD-like flashbacks to dreams, a lot of the time dreams that aren't even scary or anxiety inducing. I've often also had trouble telling dreams from reality and would regularly mix up events because of dreams I had that were similar to real life events. I'm just curious if anyone else has this strange relationship with their dreams.

Yes! My dreams are very vivid and I have this exact thing happen randomly as well

does it seem to kinda happen in waves for you as well? Like the flashbacks are pretty constant but the inability to tell reality from dreams tends to happen a lot at certain times, like anywhere from a month to 6 months, and then it'll go away for a little while and rinse, repeat
