Just started lifting at the Y! The SSRIs I’m taking helps me get out of bed and force myself to go

I hate it. Got a warehouse job so at least I get paid to be miserable 😂

I love working our I go to planet fitness to work out 💪💪

I am when my depression isn't bad. I love running (so much I can run on a treadmill lol), and I like body resistance training (push-ups, sit-ups, squats). What do you like to do?
