First time taking Ritalin, any tips?

I just took my first dose of Ritalin. I’ve been on adderall ir for over two years now. I’ve tried adderall xr and vyvanse intermittently but didn’t like them. Let me know your experience or any tips!!

I'm on D-amphetamine Salt Combo, which is generic Adderall. Rittilan made me irritable, angry, sweaty. I took genetic med testing and I got a list of medications that will work with my genetic makeup. Genetic testing Is worth it and my state insurance covered it. I hope this kind of helps :3

Personally I do much better on adderall and vyvance than concerta! I’ve never tried Ritalin, but I know concerta is similar and it gave me so many bad symptoms! Once I made the switch I noticed huge improvement in my life. But that’s just my personal experience!

vyvanse and anything extended release made me super anxious for some reason and adderall was amazing until recently it just kind of stopped working so just trying something new!
