i had my first therapy appointment today. it was mostly just an evaluation but she reported my dad for abuse and told my mom so... that happened. me and my ex have decided to be friends. we might get back in the future, we might not. if you don't know me (which you probably don't) i had/have an extreme attachment to my ex and i don't know what to do about it. im still so in love with them and i just want to be with them but im trying to be patient and wait for myself to get better before being in a relationship with anyone. i just hate being impatient.
