I had my first panic attack today. Feels totally different from an anxiety attack. It felt like an out of body experience, almost. I didn't feel like myself. I went outside expecting to just cry from being overwhelmed but it was just an explosion of emotion that manifested into a panic attack... I hope that never happens again lol.

I have regular attacks. It all about how you respond to it. A book called dare by a guy called Barry helped me with this. I respond to it in the right way now and it doesn't last as long. I'm also not as terrified of it. So if you can get that book and meditating regularly is a really powerful tool too
