First Ketamine Session: Nervous and Anxious

So Saturday I'm trying my first ketamin session and I'm nervous alittle anxious. I have an idea of what to expect but I'm still apprehensive.

its called Mindbloom and its like a online clinic where your sent a drug called ketamin that is safe and has been used recently for ppl who suffer from cptsd, mdd, addiction all kinds of aliments. Ketamin was used on soldiers who suffered from ptsd and deprssion. If I were you and if your curious look up ketamin and mindbloom.

Basically ill take a dose of ketamin and ill have a guide as well as my safety guy/boyfriend who will be there to make sure I come down from the drug. After that ill journal everything I've seen and discuss it with my guide.

Just checked them out. I’ve done infusions before for pain. They look really interesting. I’d be fascinated to learn if this is effective, seems much more confident than IV therapy. Will you please keep us posted?

Wow, this is so interesting I’m so glad you shared this! I had no idea it was available via online. I will definitely check out the link you put, but just curious - I know you said your BF will be with you in person and that’s good of course, but they also provide a guide you said… like through zoom or somehow online?

Yes I believe its through a zoom link that the guide provides for you on the day of the appointment.

Also the guide stays with you for 3 to 4 hours from beginning to end of the session to make sure that your intention is set, your blood pressure is in a safe range, (and a blood pressure cuff thingy is provided) with your meds and a journal to write down everything you've seen and felt.

Well my appointment got canceled by the guide..so I rescheduled for 5pm on the 31st
