First Gynecologist Exam Coming Up

First annual exam is compete!! Definitely wasn't as bad as I thought & was over in a flash :)

I find it helps to keep your pants on for the first conversation. It's a bit less awkward. You can talk to them and then take your pants off lol. And don't worry because they've seen it all and heard it all (in regards to vag and sexual health). Deep breaths. You got this.

It helps if you have questions for your gyno as well. It calms you down when they explain what they're gonna do.

Very reasonable thing to be nervous about! Helped me to talk to my doctor like a regular person, make some jokes and stuff. Gynos know nobody likes being there, so usually they are very receptive to making you feel comfortable.
