Finding Therapy in Unexpected Places

so I think I might be able to get some therapy. I went swimming at a local pool and I was in the lazy river where I met a very, very kind older women. we are both empaths so neither of us felt any bad vibes off each other. we just talked for two hours. she went to college for psychology. I just explained some stuff to her and I felt safe confiding in her. we traded numbers and she offered to do therapy sessions for me for free as she stays at home due to being disabled. I'm happy that I can get some help. I can't go to a typical therapist as it can cost over a thousand dollars for an hour long session. I would have to save up for months for just a single session. also, I think I tend to use this app almost diary style as well as to confide in other people. I don't like to write in a normal diary because people can just look at it while my phone is pass coded and fingerprint locked and always on my persons.

Wow, sounds like you're pretty cooped up! That makes seeing that woman all the more helpful if it gets you out and about. Bc sometimes the longer you stay in, the harder it gets to leave. And you don't want that, that's a whole other deal.
