Struggling with Finding the Right Shoes?

Anyone have trouble finding shoes that work consistently? My feet are either too swollen at times or certain parts hurt randomly in some shoes, its like trying to solve an impossible equation? Any solutions that may help?

I'm following this because I have the same problem. I used to be a shoe hoarder and I've got like 10 pairs of boots that I can't get my foot into that I could wear a few years ago. Ugh

Honestly Crocs - they have much more than the classic style. Their sandal collection is great and stylish - I love the Tulumns and Brooklyns. I also recently got a pair of New Balance shoes that have been going well.

yes!! trying to find shoes that I can reliably walk in is such a struggle. my feet swell unpredictably and every shoe I own hurts differently from day to day :( Two tips that helped me: I need a wide shoe with flexible sides and a thick sole for minimal pain, but merino wool socks (they’re so amazing) can make any shoe nearly-painless for me
