I've done a lot of these things. I've been pushing my body physically, so I can do more things. Repeating movements can have me in agony, within a few minutes.

Why is it called complex PTSD on your profile? What makes it different from regular PTSD?

We don’t have a TON in common, but we have similar suffers. Plus we share one medicine in common and both eat plant-based! I’m always head to talk with 🤗 💕

I went in 2019 after figuring out gluten makes my fibromyalgia worse. Then, I discovered other foods, including meats. So, I had to learn what to eat. I ate a lot of stir fry that summer, while I was figuring out what food bothered me and simple food to eat.

I realized I had a gluten sensitivity and it changed my life! But yea, changing the way you eat as an adult can be super tough. Sticking with stir fry is smart! Good way to get veggies and protein without too much trouble. Beans and greens are a really good and easy way to eat too. Through it something orange/yellow like sweet potatoes, carrots or squash and that’s a pretty rounded out meal!
