The natural cure for high blood pressure is the combination of Potassium and Magnesium when the Salt/Sodium, Cholesterol and blood sugar is high in our bodies. Usually what can cause High Blood Pressure physically is high Salt/Sodium, High Cholesterol, High Blood Sugar and mentally is Stress/Depression. We hear from doctors that our Potassium is high, well the potassium help lower the high blood pressure naturally also with the help of Magnesium. We just need to add the food that has them in it into our bodies example: natural coconut water, any green veggies Celery, Spinach, Kale, cucumber, lime or lemon, ginger, half of green apple make it into a powerful juice and drink it twice a day of a 250 ml cup. If you ate to much Salty food well now you need to balance it with potassium and magnesium so your blood pressure wouldn't get out of control.

I use Mrs. Dash, all flavors, and lemon pepper or lime salt, which takes much less to flavor food. I want to try green salt. It's supposed to have the same salty flavor with very little sodium.

I cut out processed foods (helps my diabetes too) and restaurants. I also eat less meat, which I feel NEEDS salt to be edible. As I eat less salt, I need less salt for food to taste good. It takes a few weeks for our brains to adapt but they do.

I take Garlique for blood pressure, it's a garlic/B complex you can buy over the counter. It's about 10 bux for two months worth. I also meditate. My bp is 160/80 currently, I need to get my weight down and my bp will come down again. It went up that high cause I gained 30 pounds. My doctor won't medicate it because it's isolated systolic hypertension.

160/80 that is still good for gaining 30 pounds more. My Doctor told me that my still good range blood pressure is 130/80. I told my doctor I would like to see how it feels in the normal range between 100/70 and 120/80. I am a security guard so I have to keep a husky body size, not fat not to slim size.

Keeping my anxiety down helps me a lot. I always feel my BP ebb and flow with my anxiety. I draw and paint so those are my go to's to keep my mind from racing on the things that trigger me.

It’s the same for me - blood sugar levels too. Keeping my anxiety under control also helps me keep my blood sugar under control (type 2 diabetes) as the anxious state increases blood sugar by releasing sugar into the blood for fight or flight response. Additionally, I’m more likely to eat food with high sodium or carbs when anxious - especially when I medicate with cannabis.
