I’m on my second neurologist and she’s much better than my first. The first one didn’t even prescribe me anything other than topamax which I’m too sensitive to so my new neurologist doesn’t give it to me. I’m only on acetazolamide and I see her every 3-6 months depending on what’s going on.

what medications have you tried? I’ve only been on Acetazolamide… when I taper down, the pressure comes right back. What other meds are there? I’m very new to this. My current neurologist is absolutely useless

Only one. She was recommended by my pcp, ENT, and my neurointerventional specialist.

I have been to so many neurologist and I just feel like no one is listening to me. It's to a point the pressure in my head is out of control and the meds are not doing much of anything I just don't know what else to do 😥

I'm currently on my 3rd neurologist and 3rd neurosurgeon, and so far I'm happy with them.
