for those who have found medication helpful, how long did it take you to find the right one? ritalin did literally nothing for me. dexamphetamine is working but not without significant side effects of reduced appetite and insomnia so it's not sustainable. I'm thinking I may need to try something that's not a stimulant, but I guess it's still early days yet
