1) Establish healthy lifestyle and routines to take care of yourself. (Diet, exercise, meditation, good sleep hygiene, etc). I.e. good management of your symptoms as best as you can. 2) Find new manageable hobbies or activities you enjoy. Or return to old ones if you're able even at a diminished capacity. 3) Seek out community and support whether it is chronic illness focused or other areas of interest focused. People who will help nourish your soul as well as people you can help to contribute to as well. 4) Utilize coping strategies and activities to relax, unwind, and destress when you are feeling ill or overwhelmed. 5) Be your own cheerleader and advocate. Do what is best for your health even if that means saying no. Speak up for your needs. 6) Begin making plans, setting goals, exploring dreams you have for your life. Think about the future you'd like to have for yourself and what steps you can take towards achieving that. Even if you have to make tweaks and accommodations for your illnesses.

a lot of getting back together is all about moderation and learning/knowing your limits. it can be hard to find the spoons sometimes but just don't be too hard on yourself. remember: you are doing your best just by being, spoons or no spoons
