Hey yall š¤ So recently my laxatives arnt wanting to work. I've tried so many types of laxatives and stool softeners, and they just don't work. So I'm trying to find food that makes me go. I have tried so many different foods that haven't worked. But I am trying to hear other foods that help you go. Please leave some suggestions in the comments about things that work for you! š©

Some suggestions include balancing out your diet with more protein and vegetables, adding cabbage to salads, reducing sugar, bread, and dairy intake, and drinking more water. Other people have found that coffee and apples can help. Some have also suggested taking Miralax every morning in coffee. However, it's important to note that everyone's body is different and what works for one person may not work for another.
