I haven’t had one since the summer because I was at a point in my life where talking about my past and emotions was overwhelming and I was doing pretty good on my own. I also just didn’t like that therapist. But now school has started (I’m a senior) and I have swim practice 6 days a week. I am extremely overwhelmed and stressed so now I need professional help. Where should I start?
