Finally Seeking Help for My Mental Health

I finally went to my doctor and told him what’s going on. I feel so much better already it was sooo freeing. It took me 38 years to finally say something and now I’m on a path to getting better

been holding mine for almost 40 years. Have released some here and there, always with bad results. Hoping and praying one day to work all the poison out of the system.
