I have fibro and am grossly overweight. I just signed up with Noom. It really isn't all that expensive when you consider the fact that if I lose 80 pounds I am sure I will be able to get off of at least one of my meds.

I love noom!!! I lost 50 pounds on it and it was fantastic for my overall health! I also told got my family/friends on it and it helped them too! My dad lost 60 pounds, a sister 40 pounds, another sister 25, and my friend I think is at 45 or so and is still going! The great thing is they teach you how to make lasting lifestyle changes so you don't need to keep your subscription to Noom forever. I used it in 2020 for like 6-8 months, and 2 years later I've still kept most of the weight off! I also love it because it incorporates psychology, and helps you build self-compassion and self-esteem while making healthy lifestyle changes. I highly recommend! 😊

I also have fibro and want to lose weight. My doctor told me that keto would not be a good diet choice for me because of my diabetes. Instead I am looking into Noom. I have heard really good things about that.

have you heard of any free alternatives to Noom? My therapist recommended it to me, but there's no way I could afford it with all my other monthly bills.

Look into keto diet and intermittent fasting. It’s really helping me. Plus it cuts down on inflammation so it can help your pain as well. Check out Dr Jason Fung!

keto is a lifestyle change. If you do it for a short period of time you'll gain all the weight back plus more
