I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and given Cymbalta to help. I’m still experiencing severe neck, shoulder, and back pain and extreme fatigue. My doctor said if it’s fibromyalgia that this medication would help my symptoms. It doesn’t seem to be working. Does this mean I was misdiagnosed? I’m a grad student struggling big time. Any advise would be appreciated.
