I think it’s important that we all remember that everyone’s fibromyalgia is different. Some people can exercise and it helps but their are others who can exercise and it makes their symptoms worse. It’s also important that we remember that some may have a mild case of fibromyalgia and then their are others who have worse or serve fibromyalgia. 💜

      I exercise or move around then the next day, I can't do anything. I think I have moderate to severe fibromyalgia.

      I have the jerking, all over pain and sher pain comes up like I'm being stabbed in different places all over my body.

      Yes I agree and some have other issues like mcas that can cause anaphylaxis if they exercise

        @Scarlet9904 yes they do.. I have chest pain, headache and dizzy if I do to much or try to push myself to exercise..

        @HachiAnn yep that’s how I am.. I went walking on Friday and Saturday was horrible.. I’m feeling okay today but I know later on in the day things are going to change.. but I’ll be ready for it..

        @Debbie3 hey i also have serve fibromyalgia now and it’s definitely more definitely than it was initially.. my husband and children understand but some of my other family members don’t. We don’t worry about them though when I can’t do something I simply say “no”
