I asked my doctor one time if ok to go to tanning bed an if it helped me with the heat it was fine...

Yes, I used to love going out in the Sun, now when I go out I get migraines!! And my skin burns like never before, it seems to drain all my energy as well. Now I wear sun hats and not stay out too long

Absolutely! I noticed I’m really sensitive to UV rays. They hurt! Also sunburn just keeps burning and I can’t ignore it. I try to avoid getting burned at all costs
