My fibromyalgia is really effecting my sleep I'm in pain all night and I toss and turn to try to get comfortable. Does anyone recommend anything that might help?

For me I notice if my back is hurting and I can't tolerate it much more... I wander in the middle of the night in the darkness of the house sun my toe on something and almost like magic the pain in my back is almost nonexistent! Kidding! Sometimes we have to laugh at our issues to keep from going nuts! The weighted blanket has been my recent find. It's great. There are cooling weighed blankets out there as well.

And there are different weights. Maybe one meant for a child with the lighter weight in it would help. I've noticed that since I started using a weighted blanket that I struggle to sleep without it. So vacation is difficult

@SweetTea77 I always joke and laugh at all the issues I have, theres no use at bitching about it so why not joke about it.

I've been using Voltaren and that seems to help a tad bit. I also use natural pain relieving salves and oils from Etsy and that works wonders. There's a shop I found at a local farmers market once but I forgot the name of it, I'd have to find it again. I think it had "Gaia" in the name somewhere.

Try meditation, burn relaxing oils , and creams for body aches. That helps me

I'm sorry you have a hard time sleeping at night. I am right there with you. Can I ask what is hurting you? Mine is my legs. Usually a heating blanket and heating pad works but not lately.

I use CBD when it's really bad. That always helps me sleep deep.
