FM is so different for each of us. I am also well endowed but find that I have less pain with a bra. Less pull on chest and side muscles.

I absolutly rather not have one on. For me it's not only the shoulders it's the waist strap, (the under boobs) it bothers my stomach with it touching.

There are online companies that sell plus size bras. Some have the sports bra styles. Just search using "plus size sports bras" and many online sellers will show up.

I just wear supportive tank tops under every shirt. I don’t care what it looks like, I can’t stand the discomfort from wearing a bra anymore.

I found that sports bras with tank style straps (not the criss cross kind) are much more comfortable and give good support. I am well endowed, so going braless is uncomfortable for me most of the time. I buy my sports bras in a pack of 3 at Walmart.

I wish I fit in the ones from Walmart however I'm too big and can only buy from torrid or lane Bryant.

I would agree. Even a strapless bra adds pressure and a certain amount of muscle tension to the shoulder muscles that extend down my back. 💕
