Looking for Fibromyalgia Relief: Meditation and Yoga Techniques

I hope this is OK to post, but I was officially diagnosed with Fibromyalgia this year, but have had symptoms for longer...Currently I'm trying to find possibly some good meditation techniques or yoga poses that can help without making the pain worse. I would love to hear it any of you have favorite techniques or possibly mantras etc that help you personally. Or resources you enjoy. Thank you all for reading this.

There's a YouTube channel that is called Yoga With Adrienne and that's probably the BEST fibromyalgia friendly yoga that's out there. There's also an author I HIGHLY suggest that you read pretty much all of her books; Louise Hayes, but I believe the name of the book that really resonated with me the most is You Can Heal Your Body (or Life or Self lol it's been a long time). It's full of AMAZING mantras that are very powerful! It's always encouraging to see someone start out on this journey with intentions to work on the body as a whole! That's the only way you can get any kind of control over this stuff. I have tons more info on the kind of serif you're asking about so feel free to message me if you have any questions!

I'm not sure what that is. My 2nd appointment since my diagnosis is next week.

Has your doctor suggested LDN yet?
