Questions about Fibromyalgia and POTS Symptoms

A few questions! Anyones feet turn white and get extremely Cold when having an episode and body chills? Anyone get a prickly feeling in their chest? Anyone here with fibromyalgia as well? If so can you please tell me your symptoms Anyone here now have nerve problems from pots? Anyone try edibles or cbd for pain and or to relieve anxiety?? Please let me know your thoughts ❤️ thank you!!!

My hands and feet turn a purplish color and get cold very easily, as far as nerve problems I was diagnosed with neuropathy when I was diagnosed with pots. I have tried edibles, smoking and CBD for both neuropathy pain and anxiety but all of those tend to make my pots symptoms worst, but I see lots of people with pots say that it helps them

Your feet turning white could be Raynaud's syndrome. You may want to talk to a rheumatologist. Mine usually only effects my feet/toes, very rarely is it my hands.
