Looking for Fibromyalgia Pain Relief: Any Suggestions?

i'm genuinely curious of anyone out there with fibro has found a pain medication that actually helped? and i mean any pain medication?

I use Cymbalta. It helps me with the pain.

an obscene amount of gabapentin helped me. I had serious drowsiness side effects when I first started but those went away on their own. although the first few weeks when I was sleeping 20+ hours a day is still the only time in my life anyone has ever said I looked well-rested 😭

How much Gabapentin? I know you can take a lot, but I’m doing 1800 a day and feeling nothing still 😭
