Anyone know any OTC or herbal treatments for fibro pain? my neck and back are just so stiff and tight. stretching doesn't work, and I move around all day at work. I've tried all kinds of meds. Advil, Aleve, aspirin, Tylenol, backaid. My doctor's only advice was to try acupuncture. But the earliest I can call is Monday, and who knows how soon I can get an appointment. I just hate being in pain until then. I'm not a huge fan of icy hot smelly stuff but if it works I'd try it. I just don't want to add more burning to the pain that's already burning and tingling. I just feel hopeless because idk what to do. heat/ice is a hit or miss too. sometimes helps or sometimes worsens it. Really thinking of trying weed but my pristiq can't be mixed with it😭

I use CBD and THC, but I've also heard about creams with capsaicin in them being really good

I firgot to add Loving Touch Deep Tissue Massage Therapy Lotion. It is amazing on tight, sore muscles and takes very little massaging to work.

👋 I have fibromyalgia, diagnosed in 2009, but have had it most of my life. These are the things I use to help: biofreeze ( its like icy hot without the burning), heating pad, epsom salt bath, trigger point massage and light yoga/chi guong. I used an otc muscle relaxant called 303 before diagnosed that worked. You should be able to find it in a natural vitamin type store or possibly Amazon. Google Fibro Relief supplements, there are many options. Living in pain on a daily basis is horrible. I am sorry you are going through this. I hope these help. Gentle hugs to you.

Lidocaine! You can get it in a cream, gel, or patch just about anywhere
