Looking for Fibromyalgia Pain Relief: What Works?

I've tried a few things for fibromyalgia pain. I've tried Cymbalta. I'm on lyrica currently doesn't do much. I don't want to be on pain killers. I smoke cannabis to help with pain. What have you tried? Natural or medical

      I smoke high % flower (weed) and I take 150 of lyrica a day.

      I wish I could take cannabis for my pain- but it is still illegal where I live šŸ™ƒ tens unit, icy hot spray, compression, and heat are the only things that really work. If Iā€™m being honest, even with all of those things my pain is still unbearable when it wants to be.

      I use cannabis edibles (my fave is hashade) If I'm having a really rough time I had a high CBD drink mix in. I don't actually use any painkillers. I've also used CBD oil mixed with my fave lotion and used topically for tender spots. I never use sativa because it causes me problems with anxiety and panic attacks. But indica hybrids are ok. Also hot baths with Epson bath salts (the magnesium is supposed to be good)

        @Zenia sativa does the same for me, it kinda scared me away from smoking, I developed panic/anixety attacks after a syncope, and sativa made it worse, I haven't tried indica, kinda nervous too lol

          @Foxie I've mostly just notice mine helping with pain but it's so amazing with the pain, I can't even begin to explain. For sleeping I take Mirtazapine and Melatonin.

      I don't partake in cannabis. It does terrible things to me. Same with narcotics. I mostly just pretend I'm fine and hope for the best....

      I use medical cannabis, and a raw food diet with herbs. Also Iā€™m on organic New Zealand cow glandulars.

      I take Low Dose Naltrexone and it is like a wonder drug. I have more pain free days than not.
